Bright Club Bristol: “Bristol”
Thursday 12th December, 7pm
Hamilton House (above The Canteen)
£6 CLICK TO BUY NOW £7 ON THE DOOR
We are UBER-EXCITED to announce our tenth show and two-year anniversary gig! We’ll be joined by MC Chris Dunford to celebrate our birthday as well as the quirks of our home city and yours – because the theme, ladies and gentlemen, is “BRISTOL”. We don’t know why we didn’t think of it before. Not only that, but we asked the amazing Rachael Dadd to write us a song about BRISTOL and she’s only bloody said yes! AND because it’s Christmas, there will be mulled wine. This show is Not. To. Be. Missed. And that’s before we even get to the clever folks, who are ALL BRISTOL-based researchers and experts on ridiculous things:
Caroline Brown – how we pay attention and what we ignore
Alice Hortop – therapeutic use of humour
Paul Wyatt – left- and right-handed chemicals
Jamie McCallum – spying on animals
Anna McMullen – fashion and sweatshops
Some tickets will be available on the door for £7 from 6.30pm. Please see FAQs for ticket queries. The Bright Club bar will be serving from 6.30pm. Our bar is on the 3rd floor of Hamilton House – same as the venue for Bright Club.
This event is also on Facebook.
